T.S. Dupare is Chief Executive Officer, IndianOil Skytanking Private Limited which provides Aviation Fuelling Services at 10 Airports in India. In his previous assignment, he was working as General Manager (Aviation) with IndianOil’s Aviation wing and responsible for Business Development, JVs and Aviation Fuelling Equipment. He is an Electrical Engineer from VRCE (now VNIT), Nagpur and also MBA in Marketing Management. He has had a long career spanning 32 years in Aviation Fuel Industry. Mr Dupare has been with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd since 1985 in various capacities in the Aviation Fuel Handling business. He has been associated with the complete value chain in Aviation Fuel Handling. 

Mr Dupare was associated with the fuelling projects at both Bangalore International Airport, Delhi International Airport and Mumbai International Airport projects. He has been actively involved in the airport projects and has played a significant role in winning the coveted tenders of BIAL and DIAL. He has earlier headed IndianOil Skytanking from 2010 to 2015.
